We work for our customers all over the world - in addition to our location in Germany, we also operate 5 foreign locations, from which we manage over 40 international projects, including in in Serbia, Romania and China. We work daily with English, Polish, Spanish, Arabic, Serbian, Romanian and Chinese colleagues: Thus, we are not only globally networked, but also bring a good portion of local expertise to each project, for example, when it comes to country-specific specifications or also construction planning peculiarities or ideas in other countries / cultures.

Good specialist planning requires experts - you will find them here with us. Our team is made up of highly qualified specialist engineers, designers, technicians and master craftsmen. The many years of experience in the implementation of projects of all kinds is therefore almost self-evident - with a large pool of specialists and interdisciplinary knowledge, even complex projects are no difficulty for our well-coordinated team.
The same applies to our administration: Here, excellently trained business people are at work for us, creating the contractual and organizational framework every day - and for every project - so that our technical offices can complete all work to the satisfaction of our customers. This strong basis enables us to deliver the best services on time and on budget at all times - both in Germany and internationally.
Advancement with further training
For the future of our company, we are happy to invest in the further training of our employees: Through specialized, regular training and further education, we continuously strengthen the skills of our teams. This ensures that they are always up to date professionally and in a position to offer our customers from all industries the best possible consulting services. A few years ago, we also set up specialist groups as "think tanks" for the internal exchange of knowledge.
Here, the relevant specialist planners of a given trade from all locations work together: Here, for example, standardized procedures are developed in order to optimize the planning processes. In addition, internal and external training courses are organized here. Another focus of the specialist groups is the active promotion of knowledge transfer between individual employees.
